Verkefnið felst í kaupum Reykjavíkurborgar á stýrikerfi fyrir borgarlýsingu hér eftir nefnt SFB (Stýrikerfi Fyrir Borgarlýsingu) þar með talið útvegun búnaðar, aðlögun, innleiðingu, hýsingu og þjónustu við SFB. Um er að ræða skápastýringar auk miðlægs hugbúnaðar fyrir SFB. SFB skal jafnframt bjóða upp á þann möguleika að tengja ýmsan annan búnað við það, svo sem ZHAGA stýrieiningar fyrir lampa, mæla, skynjara, teljara, rofa, DALI einingar og fleira.
