Description:
This project consists of two parts: firstly, the construction of a concrete extension to the transformer room of the existing substation located at Skeiði 7, Ísafjörður; and secondly, the construction of a transformer station with a steel frame on a concrete foundation at Langeyri in Álftafjörður. Please note: Earthworks and foundation work for the transformer station at Langeyri cannot begin before October 1st, 2025. The project includes site measurements, earthworks, formwork, casting of foundation footings, floor slab and external walls, installation of the steel frame and timber beams, external finishing, and site restoration. This list is not exhaustive. Tenderers are strongly advised to familiarise themselves with the site conditions, the project specifications, and the drawings.
