This Food market opportunity comprises a single package of two locations, each servicing a distinctive market within the Airport. They are offered as a single package to enable the successful operator to leverage the scale of the contract, from product and menu development to recruitment, training and rostering of staff, therefore optimising the commercial operation of the businesses. The North Building location will incorporate three separate concepts; the South Building location will feature a minimum of one concept, preferably two.
