The Critical Success Factors which all parties involved with the programme will be required to comply with include Compliance - Fully aligned with the relevant Isavia policies, including but not limited to health and safety, security, social responsibility, sustainability and environmental; Quality - Commitment to delivering quality outputs, services, products and standards within the project and throughout the supply chain and it-s sub-contractors; Cost Certainty - Provide Isavia and all stakeholders with confidence and assurance that the expenditure and control of all associated costs are commensurate with a project of this size and complexity and aligned to budgets/targets; Schedule Certainty - Commitment to the delivery schedule, meeting all key project milestones and meeting all the requirements from internal and external stakeholders; Stakeholder Management - Ensure all stakeholders both internally and externally are consulted, informed and engage; Stakeholder Management - Ensure all stakeholders both internally and externally are consulted, informed and engaged throughout the duration of the projects, and; Collaborative Working - Actively encourage positive behaviours including partnership, integration, demonstrating flexibility and values such as drive, innovation, solutions and effective communication.
