Description : The CIty of Reykjavik is seeking information from potential bidders that can provide a software solution for a Learning and Training Platform to manage employee e-Learning, on-site learning and online real-time learning. The buyer is looking for a standardised software solution, preferably run as a software as a service, and a solution that offers a mobile friendly version or app for users. The solution's interface must be very user friendly and require minimal learning for the general user. The solution must support single-sign-on. Interested suppliers are requested to send in the following information:
(a) name of system and URL of website with general information;
(b) testimonial of and referral to a current user with similar requirements and operating environment;
(c) system environment, architecture, programming environment;
(d) if hosted solution, in which country and describe the hosting (Cloud, SaaS, IaaS). Also describe how updates and patches are scheduled for the solution;
