Prior Information Notice - Nursing Home in Akureyri - Lease Arrangement (PIN) The Government Property Agency (FSRE) on behalf of the State Treasury (hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority), hereby draws attention to the upcoming procurement of lease proposals for premises to house a new nursing home in Akureyri, Iceland. The project involves the construction, completion, and leasing of a nursing home, which FSRE will lease. Proposals are sought for a new 100-bed (6,500 m²) nursing home, with the option for a future expansion of 40 additional beds in the form of an extension (2,600 m²). The leased premises shall be located on the site at Þursaholt 6, Akureyri. It is anticipated that the final design and construction phase will take up to 40 months, and that a lease agreement will be concluded for a period of 25 years.
