Description:
The tender is expected to consist of: - Control system: Design, manufacture, test, delivery and installation, including commissioning for the renewal of the power plant control system and water level control system. The renewed system is expected to include all necessary components, hardware, software and programming for making the systems complete and for warranting a trouble free and safe operation. The SOG power plants will be mostly unmanned and the control system shall be designed and implemented to meet the Employer's goal of remote monitoring and automated operation. The main items of the control system are expected to be as follows: a. DCS system for area control, including all specified and necessary hardware, all specified and necessary software fully programmed, installed and tested b. Local unit control for the generating unit, including all specified and necessary hardware, all specified and necessary software fully programmed, installed and tested. c. Local control systems for the common station service systems, including all specified and necessary hardware, all specified and necessary software fully programmed, installed and tested. d.
