Description:
A full service contract for nursing home within the Capital region of Iceland that will provide long-term medical and personal care to individuals who can no longer live independently. The nursing home will have room for between 60 to 150 residents. Exact location is not determined at this time. A rental contract for the property will be included and will be awarded to the contracting party and will be funded separately. Estimated duration: 5 years, with the possibility of an extension. The contract period will be extended if both parties agree to renew the contract after the 5 year contract period. Estimated value excluding VAT: 5.750.000.000 ISK - 14.400.000.000 ISK for five years, with authorization to expand the service agreement with regard to the increase in nursing rooms and therefore a concurrent increase in value.
