Description : Rikiskaup, the Central Public Procurement Agency in Iceland, on behalf of the New National University Hospital, Reykjavik, Iceland (Landspitali), seeks interested parties to take part in a request for information (RFI) for consultancy on changing the hospital´s present catering service method for patients from cook-serve (cook-hot hold technology) to a cook-chill system or to an another method that has proven successful for patient food in larger hospitals with regard to patient satisfaction and cost effectivity.
The consultant must have experience in leading projects in large and complex projects which includes designing layouts and processes for food production in large organizations. The consultant must have experience from food production projects in hospital settings.
