Description:
The Purchaser intends to enter into a framework agreement, with a maximum of three Contractor(s), for a Services frame agreement for its grid service and maintenance based in Iceland. The scope shall include works in all of the Purchaser utilities e.g. Electricity (400V up to 33kV grid), Hot Water, Cold Water, and Sewage. The scope shall include in whole or in part: •Maintenance of existing grid infrastructure •Fault Repair of existing grid infrastructure •Renewal of existing grid infrastructure •Installation of new utility systems •New Building Connections to existing grid and grid changes necessary to secure new building connections •New installation and maintenance of sub-stations •New installation and maintenance of street cabinets •End to End Responsibilities shall include, but not limited to: •Preparation (e.g. permits, licenses, planning) work prior to execution of work •Project management and supervision •Qualified field resources to perform work •Qualified resources to perform own inspections during the work to be performed •Other supporting functions with respect to the work to be performed •Security measures •Warehousing, Material and Equipment as a part of performing the Services. (i.e. including purchasing, storage and end-to-end management of all material required to perform work, unless otherwise specified by the Purchaser) •Supporting IT Systems required for the performance of Services
