Description : The welfare department of Reykjavík requests information about information system for home care services in relations to a possible forthcoming tender. The aim is to implement a quality software solution which meets the requirements of our future generation in social and home care. The core functionality of the system will be planning the services (around staff and tasks) and offering new type of digital services in the form of distance spanning solutions (for example video calls, smart devices and self-monitoring). Furthermore, we are looking for information about the possibilities of advanced service development within Reykjavík-s welfare department. There are three main questions, but feel free to include additional information.
