Description:
This contract concerns the turnkey design, manufacture, supply, delivery, installation, commissioning and acceptance testing of one (1) fully electric cremator system. The scope includes the cremation furnace, secondary combustion chamber, flue gas cleaning and emission control systems, automation and monitoring systems, auxiliary equipment, training of operating personnel and full technical documentation. The system shall comply with applicable Icelandic and EU/EEA environmental and safety legislation and be suitable for operation in a sensitive urban environment. The contract includes an option for the purchase of one (1) additional identical cremator system within ten (10) years after contract signing.
